In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I agree to inspect the site for any possible dangers, and I herby release Sisters of the Sea, the City of Jacksonville Beach, the event sponsors,, their members, agents, or any person officially connected with the event, of all liability, injury or damages whatsoever arising from my participation or presence at this event. Release is also given for the use of any photos or videos. I agree to comply with all Florida Surfing Association rules found at floridasurfing.org.  No refunds due to weather or having to move contest date due to natural disasters.
